One of our favorites, Rudimental, has released another smash! This time they have enlisted some heavy features in the form of Macklemore, Dan Caplan, and Jess Glynne!
I was mostly to hear Jess Glynne back on a track, but the track is just refreshing in general. I have to admit, it definitely is the UK version of Macklemore’s “Good Old Days” with Kesha. Either way, it is exciting to hear more Jess Glynne, and we definitely hope this is the just the beginning for her!

I have loved both of these artists since the early stages of their career, and it has just grown since then. Ed Sheeran who has since played at the olympics, to grammy nominations is now a major player in the music business. Rudimental’s album Home is a perfect blend of the UK sound, and I still play it 2 years later. This track is greatness, Ed sounds fantastic and Rudimental adds a perfect drum and bass type track behind it. This probably won’t hit off over here in the States, but it will be pretty big on the UK side of music.
Rudimental, for those who don’t know, has been storming the UK charts for quite some time now. His previous efforts include ‘Feel The Love‘, ‘Not Giving In‘ and one of my favorites, ‘Spoons‘, which also features the soulful MNEK. ‘Baby’ with the addition of Sinead Harnett, is a big track to come from Rudimental, just like previous tracks. This track is filled with dance floor vibes all the way, with the addition of power house vocals from Sinead, this track will definitely make a huge impact on the charts. As big as this track is, the video is just as fun to watch. I believe that Rudimental’s album could be quite big musically, and I can’t wait to hear it!
One of my favorite Femcee’s in the past couple of years has definitely been Angel Haze. After her smash ‘New York’ she has been on my radar, and recently the release of her most recent mixtape ‘Classick’ she definitely earned a top spot. Now she teams up with dubstep fused Rudimental for another smash. ‘Hell Could Freeze’ is backed with a light beat, but with Angel rapping over it, it’s a perfect fusion. Take a listen below, and watch out for Angel Haze, she is still on the rise.
