NEW MUSIC: Childish Gambino – Me and Your Mama

Just a few hours after dropping the album art (pictured above) from his long awaited follow up to, Because the Internet, Childish Gambino drops his new single off his newest project. “Me and Your Mama” comes in around six and a half minutes long, but every second is magical.

When the song finally kicks in after about two minutes of interlude, we hear Childish screaming over a break up. It is definitely something different, and very raw. While the track feels very short, it is the opening track to the album so it is acting as almost a teaser to the album.

I can’t wait to hear more of his new album titled, Awaken, My Love!, which is set to drop Dec. 2nd!

NEW MUSIC: Rihanna – Bitch Better Have My Money

We have been waiting for a Rihanna album for a lot longer this time around, she has decided to take about a 2 year break opposed to the album every year stance. After releasing the hugely successful ‘FourFiveSeconds’ she has teased about the release of ‘Bitch Better Have My Money’ for it’s release today, and here it finally is. Upon hearing the title I imagined something quite more ratchet and hard. I guess, I am a little disappointed, but I feel like this track will definitely grow on me seeing as I have missed the Rihanna tracks as of late. I am definitely getting some Drake vibes on this track with all her rapping and stuff. This will for sure be an anthem for some and maybe even me at some point, but hey, she will definitely chart because she is Rihanna.

Also, no, I don’t understand the eyebrows.

NEW VIDEO: Jess Glynne – Hold My Hand

Now that Jess Glynne has stepped out of the shadow of Clean Bandit, she has released some pretty strong tracks, ‘Hold My Hand’ being one of them. I can’t explain how much I love the voice on this woman, she gives a soulful vibe to her dance floor ready songs that no one is able to do. This song has gotten quite a buzz since its release, and I’m expecting quite a huge solo debut for her. I’m excited that she will be at the local music festival SXSW this year, and I am looking forward to hearing this live!
