We get more visuals from Justin Timberlake‘s second single from Man of the Woods, “Supplies”.
Timberlake gave us a little more depth in this video, very political. It is very symbolical from the burning of the Illuminati pyramid to the “enlightened” children telling us to wake up. I haven’t quite pieced together everything, but on my first few spins, I’m loving this track!
Each track gives us a different flavor, and I’m pumped for the MOTW era!!
One of our all time favorites has just dropped his first single, “My My My”, from his upcoming album!
We are used to Troye giving us some serious fire (as heard on Blue Neighborhood) but this time around, he has changed it up. The track is fun, the video is fun, he just looks like he is absolutely loving life.
On a more serious side note, who knew Troye had the moves? We are going to have this on repeat for quite some time, and we are so excited to hear what else he brings along with this album!!
We haven’t had new music from Justin Timberlake since he dropped The 20/20 Experience part 2 back in 2013. With Justin’s superbowl performance right around the corner, he decided to give us an album release date and what is rumored to be a single a week till it’s release.
The album is titled, Man of The Woods, and is due out February 2nd. “Filthy” is the first single from Timberlake in over 5 years! It is written and produced by Timbaland, Timberlake and Danja who each had a huge hand in Timberlake’s Futuresex/LoveSounds era.
On first listen it is definitely different from what we are used to hearing from the soulful singer, but so was his Futuresex/LoveSounds album, and look how that turned out. I absolutely love this track and am so ready for what is to come from the “MOTW” era!!!
Bruno Mars‘ newest visuals gave us so much inspiration, we decided to get back on the blogging game.
‘Finesse’ comes off Buno’s latest smash album, 24K magic, which finally gets single treatment. With the news of the Cardi B feature, I was wondering how she would fit on this song, but I immediately ate my words. Cardi B gave us another reason to love her, if there wasn’t already enough! Cardi switched up her flow to match Bruno’s 90’s vibes and added the perfect verse to make this song a smash hit.
Bruno payed tribute to what he claims is his favorite show from back in the day, “In Living Color’, in the video and we are absolutely living for it.
We have to admit, Bruno has been giving us some seriously fire visuals this era!
Jessie J has given us so many bangers over the last 6 years, there is no doubt about that. Many of her stand out tracks have been those from an emotional place (“Who You Are” “Big White Room“), but there is something different about this track.
“Think About That” comes from a whole different place, and while it is emotional it is also a masterpiece. She croons her amazing vocals over a simple hip-hop piano fused beat. The lyrics pick up and she opens up about the relationship damaging not only her life but her career. We have always been a huge supporter of Jessie J and her talent, so its refreshing to have her back.
This may be one of my favorite songs from her since her debut album back in 2011. She announced her next studio album R.O.S.E will be out this year, and this is the first single. We are so excited to hear this album and we are finally hoping she throws a US tour behind it!
Earlier last month she gave us two singles, “Hungry” & “You Already Know” as a part of her long awaited second solo album, Double Dutchess. She finally shares the visuals from my favorite of the two tracks and it’s so visually different from what you would expect from a pop-star. That is one thing we can always count on with Fergie, she always brings a unique side to the cookie cutter pop world!
This is a pop video I can get down with!
Stay tuned, Double Dutchess is due out NEXT WEEK!
Kelly Clarkson definitely showed out with her newest single, Love So Soft. She has been on a small hiatus from the business releasing Piece by Pieceback in 2015, and now gives us the debut single off her new album Meaning of Life.
“Love So Soft” is such a different vibe from what we are expecting from Kelly, it has an almost 60’s big band feel towards it. The visuals for the track are even unexpected from a pop star of her stature. We are in love with all of it, from beginning to end! Kelly sounds amazing, and this track has brought us so much interest in this new era!
