NEW VIDEO: Beyoncé – 7/11

Beyoncé is giving her fans even more from her hugely successful surprise album by releasing a deluxe version of the album including some new tracks, ‘7/11’ being one of them. This is what the general public call ‘Ratchet Beyoncé’. While I do think the track is good, the video doesn’t really do much for like it is for everyone else. I know where she was going with it, trying to be kind of raw, and uncut, looks like she is trying to show us she is still a real person, while also shooting this video in her mansion.

Anyway, it will be a huge hit just like everything she does

NEW VIDEO: Years & Years – Desire

After hearing ‘Take Shelter’ for the first time, I immediately fell in love with this trio. The 2 songs they do have out, have been on repeat ever since, ‘Desire’ being one of them. This track gives me so much life, and now they have given us visuals to go along with it. There isn’t much else to say about this, but keep an eye on this boys, after performing on Later… With Jools Holland over in the UK, they are definitely on their way to the top. I just hope that soon these guys make it over seas and I get to see them perform live in the US!

REPEAT.

NEW VIDEO: Years & Years – Take Shelter

Found out about Years & Years after hearing them being featured on the track ‘Sunlight‘ by The Magician. Now, after doing a little research into their solo work, I found this fantastic track titled ‘Take Shelter’. This track has a very UK dance-floor vibe to it, with it’s reggae feel to it. I’m loving everything about this track, and I have to say Olly, the lead singer, has got quite the voice on him. I’m looking forward to hearing more from these guys and they have my full support, and I hope to see them over here in Dallas very soon!

Enjoy!

NEW VIDEO: Becky Hill – Losing

Becky Hill, who was eliminated in the semi-final of The Voice UK, has graced us with her amazing talents. This was a season of the voice that I actually watched, and I was rooting for her, along with Vince Kidd, but that’s besides the point. Becky Hill was a standout because of her amazing and unique vocal ability, and now she has done what few can do, and transferred her talents to a fantastic song. Let’s hope the UK latches on to this tune because it could be huge!

NEW VIDEO: Gorgon City – Coming Home [Ft. Maverick Sabre]

YES.

Two of my favorites blend their very unique styles and create something amazing. Maverick Sabre’s soulful vibes, and Gorgon City’s house/dance vibes mixed together is perfection on this new track ‘Coming Home’. I’m mostly glad to hear Maverick back on the scene, his talent was definitely missed. I definitely see this being a hit in the UK, and hopefully enough to bring them over to the US because I would love to see them both!

Enjoy!

NEW MUSIC: Ella Eyre – Comeback

Ella Eyre has been one of my favorites for a while now, I mean, how can you not fall in love when you hear her vocal ability. Her previous track ‘If I Go’ has been hitting it big in the UK, unfortunately it won’t catch on here for a little bit, but I’m used to that. Ella gives another big track titled ‘Comeback’, with even bigger vocals then before. Just like everything Ella does, this song is perfect, and I am really looking forward to hearing what else she has in store for us.

Here is to hoping we get a USA tour soon!

NEW VIDEO: Azealia Banks – Heavy Metel and Reflective

Azealia was one of my favorites when she released ‘212’, since then she has come off as quite cocky, without even so much as an album behind her belt, so I kind of lost interest in her. She recently got dropped, or ‘set free’ as she calls it, from her record label, so I was interested in seeing what she had in store now that she wasn’t controlled by a label. ‘Heavy Metel and Reflective’ is the first offering from her very long overdue debut album Broke With Expensive Taste, and I have to say I am kind of feeling it. It is hard hitting, and there is something about her flow that I can’t deny, the beat is perfect for her sound, and while the song is a little on the short side, she brings it. Here is to hoping she cleans up her attitude because ‘212‘ is still one of my favorites.
