NEW VIDEO: Starley – Call On Me [Ryan Riback Remix]

I’m a little slow on this one, but it has been on repeat all day so I just had to share it. Starley seems to be a bit of an up and comer in the industry, but this track will definitely give her some major success. The track currently sits pretty at number 6 on the UK top 40, there is no word if it will make it over here just yet, but I can only hope!

The original, is just as beautiful in its own way too, but I just prefer this Ryan Riback remix. I will be doing some extensive research on both of these talents, but for now stay tuned and press repeat!

Rag’n’Bone Man has already had quite the success this year, and with his debut album Human being released Feb 10th, he unveils another track, “Skin”. This track is just as chilling as “Human”, and his vocals yet again soar over a very simple production.

Rag’n’Bone has been nominated for British Breakthrough Artist at this years BRITs. His track “Human” has already been making great strides on the charts, so this guy is definitely in for a big year!

Rag’n’Bone Man is part of our Artists To Watch of 2017, if you haven’t checked out the full list, we highly suggest you do!

340x340bb

We have so much love for Stanaj, and now he releases his second EP, From a Distance. Stanaj just gave us his first EP, The Preview, back in August which is exactly what it was. From A Distance is giving us a more in depth look at what this guys career is going to become.

The EP gives us 4 all new tracks, and the remix of Romantic which he has previously released. In just 4 tracks, Stanaj has managed to captivate us with all his talent being showcased. Below we included our favorite track off the EP, “Changed”, which is just amazing on all levels.

We have said so much about this talent in previous posts, but the best thing for you to do right now is just dive in to this amazing EP. Catch Stanaj on tour with another one of our favorites, JoJo, in the next few months! Tickets here!

If you haven’t seen our Ones to Watch 2017, we gave Stanaj the Number 1 spot, for a very good reason. Check out the rest of the talents so you don’t miss out!

NEW MUSIC: Swindle x Daley – Sympathy

YES.

I have been waiting to hear Daley‘s vocals for so long now. He has finally graced us with this amazing collaboration with Swindle. I am not familiar with Swindle right now, but after hearing this greatness I will definitely do some back-tracking.

This track is all funk with a very Prince inspired sound, if you can’t already tell from the cover art of the EP. Purple Walls is a short four track EP that will be released in February. For now we have the Daley assisted track in all its greatness to tide us over. Take a listen to the track below!

NEW MUSIC: Ed Sheeran – Shape of You x Castle on the Hill

ed-sheeran-%c3%b7-divide-cover

Just a week into 2017, and Ed Sheeran has dropped not one, but two tracks off his highly anticipated upcoming album, Divide.

For those of you that have followed us from the beginning will know the appreciation we have for Sheeran, so the release of new music has us ecstatic! First we will dive into the pop infused track, “Shape of You”. While being compared to Sia’s, “Cheap Thrills”, Ed definitely brings this track in his own lane. This track is going to be absolutely huge.

Next is “Castle on the Hill”, which gives us some signature Sheeran rasp, and I’m loving it. It is less of the regular flow that we are used to from him, but another banger nonetheless.

Ed Sheeran has definitely been missed from the business, and it is about time for a male “popstar” of his talent to bring the charts alive with real music again!

NEW VIDEO: M.O – Not In Love [Ft. Kent Jones]

I have always been a huge fan of M.O, they just keep producing smash after smash and “Not In Love” is no exception. They just released the videos to accompany the catchy track and it is everything you want from a girl group. With all the drama of other groups, M.O has remained consist with their music and I will keep supporting them and their careers.

The video is pretty basic compared to other’s they have released (“Dance On My Own“), but the track speaks for itself. I love everything about this.

NEW MUSIC: Zayn & Taylor Swift – I Don’t Wanna Live Forever

1280_taylor_swift_zayn_malik_instagram

This unexpected collaboration came to light last night, and then recently after dropped, and is now taking over the airwaves.

The unlikely collab of Taylor Swift and Zayn for the new Fifty Shades movie has just dropped, and it is amazing. “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” is written by Taylor herself, but the production is definitely down Zayn’s alley. There are times when Zayn’s vocals sounds a lot like Gallant. It’s moody, sexy, and just all around a dark sounding track. It’s pop perfection for the end of 2016.

The most surprising factor on this song is how much both of their vocals have improved since we last heard them. I have never really been a fan of Taylor but this gives me some hope on the release of new music.

Anyway, take a listen below!

Marian Hill – Back To Me [Ft. Lauren Jauregui]

15400512_1343654075679848_7041743974084754753_n

Marian Hill has always been a huge talent in the industry, and now she gives us an unlikely collab with Fifth Harmony’s,  Lauren Jauregui. With Camila Cabello being the first of the group to gain her first solo #1 (“Bad Things“), the other girls are right behind her.

Jauregui has always had an almost indie taste in music, with her Spotify playlist including artists like HAIM, Bon Iver, and the 1975. This collab is definitely right down her alley, and I have to say that this track is nothing short of a smash.

It gives us a more sultry side of Lauren and Marian Hill gives us their usual vibes. The vocals behind Marian Hill, Samantha Gongo’s, just flow so effortlessly with Laurens. It definitely sounds like Marian Hill’s previous track, “One Time“, but way better.

I’ll be interested to see how this does on he charts and we already know Marian Hill will finally start to get the recognition they deserve.

Take a listen below!

NEW VIDEO: Jessie J – Can’t Take My Eyes Off You (Cover)

I have always thought Jessie J was a superstar. Her first album was pure pop perfection, and in the years to follow she kind of lost that raw soul, and transitioned to more pop. She has had some smash hits since then, and then kind of disappeared from the game, until now.

“Can’t Take My Eyes Off You”, while still a cover, is absolutely amazing. It is for a makeup campaign so there is no word on new music from her just yet. The arrangement and just hearing her vocals again is what excites me.

Jessie J is a full on artist with amazing song-writing abilities and a voice to match. She is the full package, and I hope this track will transition to new music because she is definitely missed.

After the jump, take a listen to one of the greatest songs of our generation written by the amazing Jessie J.
